Everyone loves scalloped potatoes and ham--using Simply Potatoes makes this dish a snap!
SERVES: 6
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 40 Minutes
Ingredients

1 package Simply Potatoes Homestyle Slices
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup (1 ounce) Crystal Farms Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in large bowl. Stir well, Spread into greased 2 quart casserole**
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Cover, bake 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
**Tips & Substitutions: An 11x7-inch rectangular or 8-inch square baking dish can be used.
