Sunflower Oil, Onion, Tomato Paste, Salt, Coriander Powder, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Ginger Powder, Coconut Powder, Cilantro, Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Corn Starch, Spices (Cumin, Pepper, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Fennel, Star Anise, Caraway, Bay Leaf), Mustard, Lactic Acid & Acetic Acid (Acidifying Agents, E270 & E260).

Directions

Cooking Instructions: Packet Patel's Cooking Sauce + chicken + water + cream = Tikka Masala. A pack of Patel's Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce; 3 diced chicken breasts; 1-1/2 cup water; 5 tbsp cream. For a vegetarian curry substitute chicken with 300 g mixed veggies (broccoli, snow peas, cauliflower, corn, etc). 1. In a saucepan, add chicken, Patel's Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce and water, Mix well and simmer on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and desired sauce consistency is achieved. 2. Add cream and simmer uncovered for 30 seconds. Garnish with fresh, chopped cilantro leaves. Relish hot with pita or naan bread or steamed rice. You could also use it as a filling for croissants. Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at room temperature.
