      CRESCENT MAPLEINE IMITATION MAPLE FLAVOR. TO MAKE INSTANT SYRUP, POUR 1 CUP BOILING WATER OVER 2 CUPS SUGAR. ADD 1/2 TSP. MAPLEINE AND STIR. MAKES 2-1/4 CUPS. TO MAKE THICK SYRUP, COMBINE 2 TBSP. WATER, 1/4 CUP SUGAR, 1-1/2 CUPS CORN SYRUP, 1/2 TSP. MAPLEINE. BOIL 2 MINUTES. MIXTURE WILL THICKEN AS IT COOLS. MAKES 1 PINT. THIS PRODUCT ALSO FLAVORS CAKES, BREADS, MUFFINS AND COOKIES.

      Water, Natural Flavorings, Caramel Color, Alcohol, Phosphoric Acid, Vanillin, And Sulfiting Agents.

      Directions

      Instant Syrup: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 cups sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. Mapleine and stir. Makes 2-1/4 cups. Thick Syrup: 2 tbsp. water, 1/4 cup sugar, 1-1/2 cups corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. Mapleine. Boil 2 min. Thickens as it cools. Makes 1 pint.
