      This graceful California champagne is made using the méthode champenoise process, which allows the natural fruit characteristics to be highlighted without any cloying sweetness. Our Sweet Cuvée has a delicate, fruit-forward style with bright citrus and tropical fruit character.

      Korbel Sweet Cuvée is made in a bright, fruit-forward style with bright citrus and tropical fruit characters that begs mimosas.

      All of the grape varieties used are harvested early in the growing season to ensure that the blend has a bright acidity to balance the sweetness in the finish.

      All Korbel California champagnes are made according to the traditional méthode Champenoise, in which the champagne is fermented inside the same bottle from which it is served.

      Directions

      Serve Korbel Sweet Cuvée with fruit desserts, especially those made with stone fruits, apples or pears. Sweet Cuvée also pairs well with spicy dishes like coconut curry or Thai food.
