The Amish Country Roll Butter is unique in look. The hand packaging and size are unlike any item on the market. The best selling point of this product is the taste. The taste quality of most butter comes from the fat in the butter. Normally, when butter comes out of a churn, it is pumped through tubes where it is turned into quarter pieces or one pound solids. What that process does is break down the fat in the butter. Our butter, once churned, is pulled out of the butter boat and packaged by hand. Not running the butter through more equipment allows the fat to stay intact and provide more flavor.
